About the company

Space Exploration Technologies Corp., trading as SpaceX, is a US-based designer, manufacturer and operator of advanced rockets and spacecraft. Key risks

Read this carefully before applying.

  • High volatility expected. IPO shares can move significantly in the days following listing — gains or losses of 30%+ on day one are not uncommon for high-profile tech IPOs.
  • Capital intensive operations. Starship development and orbital infrastructure require ongoing significant investment. Profitability timelines remain uncertain.
  • Founder concentration. Elon Musk holds significant voting control through dual-class share structure, which limits public-shareholder influence.
  • Currency risk. Shares are USD-denominated. GBP investors are exposed to USD/GBP exchange rate movements.
  • Regulatory exposure. Operations are subject to FAA, FCC and international satellite licensing regimes.
  • Allocation not guaranteed. If oversubscribed, your application may be partially or fully unfulfilled. Funds will be returned to your account within 3 business days.
